Complaints and returns

Dear customer, if you have landed on this page, it probably means that something went wrong with your order and you are not satisfied with your purchase.

There's no reason to be nervous though! Our company respects your rights. Below we have included information that will allow you to quickly and conveniently file a complaint or return the goods as part of the withdrawal from the contract.


1) INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT CONTRACTS

In accordance with current legal regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days have passed from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us ( Bewell Polska Aurelia Tchórzewska; ul. Barwna 27, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest one). usual delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution - in any case you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, whichever occurs first.

Please send back or hand over the item to us immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day period expires.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the item resulting from the use of it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.


2) INFORMATION REGARDING THE STATEMENT OF THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTY BY THE CONSUMER (COMPLAINTS)

In accordance with applicable regulations, we are liable to you under the terms set out in the Civil Code for physical and legal defects.

After detecting a defect, you have the right to:

a. submit a declaration requesting a price reduction;
b. submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, but not when the defect is immaterial;
c. demand that the item be replaced with a defect-free one;
d. demand removal of the defect.

We will respond to your statement or request within 14 days.

You are obliged to deliver the defective item at our expense to the address (Bewell Polska Aurelia Tchórzewska; ul. . Barwna 27, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała) and if the delivery of the item by you would be excessively difficult (e.g. due to the type of item or the way it is mounted), you are obliged to make the item available to us in the place where it is located.

The costs of replacement or repair are borne by us, except if the defective item has been installed. Then you are obliged to bear part of the related costs exceeding the price of the item. Alternatively, you have the right to demand that we pay part of the costs of disassembly and reassembly, but up to the price of the item sold.

We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is detected within two years from the date of delivery of the item to you, and if the subject of the sale was a used item one year from the date of its delivery. Your right is limited in time to one year from the date of detection of the defect, but it does not expire earlier than two years from the date of delivery of the item to you, and if the subject of the sale was a used item, before the expiry of one year from the date of delivery of the item to you. The exception is the situation when the expiry date specified by us or the manufacturer of the item ends after two years from the date of delivery of the item to you. We are then liable under the warranty for physical defects of the item discovered before the expiry of this period.

Liability for legal defects is essentially the same, and the time for reporting runs from the moment of learning about the defect, and the limitation periods run from the moment of learning about the defect. the judgment regarding an item affected by a legal defect becomes final.

The issue of warranty is extremely complex and we encourage you to read the Civil Code and the websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and consumer organizations that describe your rights in detail and clearly. Our store operates in accordance with the law and respects consumer rights, so the legal information you will find there will also apply to contracts with us.
