ONLINE STORE PRIVACY POLICY sklep.bewell.com.pl
- When using the Online Store sklep.bewell.com.pl, the Customer may be asked to provide his/her personal data, in particular name, surname, telephone number or e-mail address in order to provide services provided within the Online Store. by the Personal Data Administrator.
- The Administrator of Personal Data of Online Store Customers within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) is Aurelia Tchórzewska running a business under the name BEWELL-Polska Aurelia Tchórzewska in Bielsko Biała, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business run by the Minister of Economy, at ul. Michałowicza 17, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała NIP: 937-102-59-38 REGON: 072926997, hereinafter referred to as ADO.
- The personal data set has been submitted for registration to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
- Personal data collected in the Online Store are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014.1182) and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services electronically (Journal of Laws 2013.1422, as amended) solely on the basis of authorization to process data and solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed by the Customer, archiving or services provided electronically by PDC and for other purposes specified in the Regulations.
- ADO makes special efforts to protect the privacy and information provided to the Online Store regarding the Online Store's Customers. The PDC takes due care in selecting and applying appropriate technical measures, including those of a programming and organizational nature, to ensure the protection of processed data, in particular it protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law.
- ADO exercises constant control over the data processing process and limits access to data
to the greatest extent possible, granting appropriate authorizations only when it is necessary for the proper operation of the Online Store. - The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Customers themselves, as well as the statutory authorization to process data necessary to provide services provided by ADO
as part of the Online Store. - Providing any personal data is voluntary, with the reservation that failure to provide the data specified in the Regulations prevents the provision of certain services, in particular setting up an account in the Online Store as well as fulfilling the order placed by the Customer.
- Due to the voluntary nature of providing personal data by the Customer, the Customer has the right to access his or her personal data, correct them, and may also contact the ADO with a written request to remove the previously provided personal data from the data set kept by the ADO, subject to the next sentence.ADO may refuse to delete data if the Customer's current behavior in the Online Store has violated the provisions of this document or the Regulations or applicable legal provisions, and retaining the data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determining the Client's liability.
- If the data of the Customer who has registered in the Online Store changes, the Customer may change the selected data after logging in to the Online Store.
- Personal data or information regarding Customers may be made available to authorities or third parties in accordance with applicable law.
- ADO may entrust the processing of personal data and information regarding Customers to third parties with the express consent or at the request of the Customer in accordance with applicable law,
as well as transfer it to authorized bodies in the event of a violation of the law by the Customer. - ADO, to the extent necessary to provide the service requested by the Customer, may transfer personal data with the Customer's express consent:
- the operator of the mobile payment system, the company KRAJOWY INTEGRATOR PŁATNOŚCI S. A. with its registered office in Poznań (ul. ŚW. MARCIN 73 / 6, 61-808 Poznań) as the data controller, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court of Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number 0000412357, share capital PLN 4,798,500.00 (paid in full), with NIP 7773061579, being an entity providing payment services within the meaning of the Act of August 19, 2011 on payment services (Journal of Laws 2011.199.1175 as amended). The transfer concerns data necessary to complete the payment by the NATIONAL PAYMENT INTEGRATOR, in particular: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number,
- Ceneo sp. z o. o. based in Poznań (60-166) at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000493884, with NIP number 779-24-20-393 and REGON number 30265547 for the purpose of examination opinions on the level of customer satisfaction with the purchase made or with the purchase covered by the Buyer Protection Program.
- ADO uses IP addresses collected during Internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration and to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made), as well as for security purposes, including possible identification automatic programs for viewing the content of the Online Store that burden the server.
15. When browsing the websites of the Online Store, "cookies" are used, i.e. small text information that is saved on the Customer's end device. Their use is aimed at the correct operation of the Online Store's websites.
- The cookies used by ADO are safe for the Customer's devices. In particular, this way it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to penetrate the Customer's devices. These files allow you to identify the software used by the Customer and customize the Online Store individually for each Customer. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they come, the time they are stored on the device and the assigned value. ADO uses two types of cookies - "session" and "persistent". The first of them are temporary files that remain on the Customer's device until logging out of the website or turning off the software (web browser). These are mandatory files needed for the application or other functionalities to function.
On the other hand, "permanent" files remain on the Customer's device for the time specified in the Cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted by the Customer. The purpose of collecting these files is to make the website function more efficiently
and easier.
- ADO uses Own Cookies to configure the Online Store and, above all, to adapt the content of the Store's websites to the Customer's preferences and to optimize the use of the Store's websites, analyses, research and audience audits, including creating anonymous statistics, as well as ensuring the security and reliability of the Store.
- ADO uses External Cookies in order tocollect general and anonymous static data via analytical tools, present advertisements tailored to the Customer's preferences using an online advertising tool, use interactive functions
in order to popularize the Store online using social networking sites. - The Customer may independently change the cookie settings at any time, specifying the conditions for storing them and obtaining access to the Customer's device via Cookies. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the Customer using the web browser settings or via the service configuration. These settings can be changed
in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each time Cookies are placed on the Customer's device. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available
in the software settings (web browser). - The customer may delete cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser he uses.
- Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available
on the Online Store website.
